Below you will find download links for the complete

right open up.
In
Internet Explorer Choose "Save Target
As..." and download the file to your desktop
(in Netscape you choose "Save Link As..").
Once
you select the "save target as" or "save
link as" entry, a download screen will appear asking
you where you want to save the file to on your computer.

You should save the files to your "Desktop"
or another folder you can easily find.
About ZIP Files
These are ZIP files containing the MP3 audio
programs and PDF supplements. You most likely
have ZIP software on your computer, such as
WINZIP. When the files have downloaded onto
your computer, right-click on one and in the
menu you should see the program needed under
"Open With" or other option. If you
don't have a ZIP program on your computer (very
rare) click

About MP3 files
The audio files are in MP3 format and will
play on your computer, or you can burn them
to a CD or load into your MP3 player.
About PDF Files
The supplementary information is in PDF format,
so you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader
installed in order to view the file. (also MAC
compatible)
